Plural Design prioritizes evolving a sensitive design vocabulary that is responsive to the natural and cultural history of each site.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for the following:1. Architect (Hospitality & Institutional Projects): The role involves architectural space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, design development, GFC documentation and design coordination for a range of premium hotel and institutional projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient design management, client communication and the development of innovative and functional designs tailored to the unique needs of each project. Qualifications:Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture.2-4 years of experience (Preference to those with experience in hospitality and institutional projects).Space planning and Architectural ideation skills.Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation softwareStrong knowledge of building codes and regulations.Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams. 2.
