Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.⸻Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles within the organization • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers • Create and manage job postings and maintain a strong candidate pipeline2. Onboarding & Orientation • Handle the complete onboarding process for new hires • Conduct orientation and induction programs • Ensure all documentation and joining formalities are completed smoothly3. Payroll & Attendance Management • Maintain and update employee attendance records and files • Coordinate payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Manage leave records and attendance tracking4. Employee Engagement & Interaction • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns • Build and maintain a positive workplace culture • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives5.
