Converts storyboards into screens, builds instructional visuals, prepares assets for development tools, and supports animation requirements. Executes visual tasks with precision, follows established styles, and maintains quality across all learning deliverables.You will be part of the creative/design team building corporate e-learning and immersive training modules. Your responsibilities will include:• Design 2D visuals and basic animations for corporate e-learning modules under guidance• Create illustrations and simple motion graphics for learning and training content• Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic execution• Assist with basic video and motion graphic edits using After Effects / Premiere Pro• Apply appropriate images, typography, layouts, and visual styles as per brand and storyboard guidelines• Support storyboard-to-screen visualization as instructed• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and execute assigned creative tasks• Implement feedback accurately and within defined timelinesRequirements:• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator• Basic to intermediate skills in graphics, video editing, and sound editing• Understanding of corporate/adult e-learning visuals (not academic design)• Good analytical ability and attention to detail• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment• Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow established processesSkills:• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro (basic), and Articulate Storyline 360 graphics integration.• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles• Openness to learning new tools and design trends in corporate e-learning
