Vendor & Facility ManagementCoordinate with vendors for services (IT, housekeeping, pantry, etc.) Track vendor contracts, invoices, and payments Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs C. Administrative SupportAssist leadership and teams with administrative requirements Manage meeting room bookings and office logistics Support travel bookings, accommodation, and event arrangements D.
