Job Title

We are seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Power Platform Integration Developer Who are good at Power Platform Development and Backend Plugin Development with strong knowledge in C#, JavaScript, and Plugins with our client based in New Delhi.This position will be responsible for building secure, performant REST APIs and data pipelines to support upstream and downstream communications with a new standalone engineering application. This position will work in tandem with the full-stack developer of the new application, ensuring seamless integration with existing PowerApps in a D365 Dataverse. This role supports the development of system architecture and the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable solutions in an Agile/Scrum framework.Hands-on experience integrating with Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365 (PowerApps, Power Automate (MS Flow), Power Pages/Portals, Data verse, Plugins, and Workflows) and/or Azure services must have knowledge in C#, JavaScript, PluginsSpecific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:System Architecture & Scalability: Define a modular and scalable architecture optimized for performance, maintainability, and future expansion. Establish CI/CD pipelines, versioning strategies, and environment management. Contribute to process improvement initiatives.Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with structural engineers, product owners, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Produce high-quality documentation, architecture diagrams, API specs, data models, and user guides. Support Proof-of-Concepts and demos, and support deployment processes.Quality & Security Standards: Enforce coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing practices. Ensure data integrity, access controls, and compliance with security best practices.Integration Expertise: Develop and maintain seamless integration between the new standalone engineering application and existing PowerApps.Detailed Selection Criteria:InitiativeJudgment/decision makingOrganizing, planning, and prioritizing workProblem SolvingTeamworkCommunicationMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.4-6+ years of experience in software development.Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, React, and/or Angular.Hands-on experience integrating with Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365 (PowerApps, Power Automate (MS Flow), Power Pages/Portals, Dataverse, Plugins, and Workflows) and/or Azure servicesExperience customizing model-driven PowerApps using advanced configurationsSkilled in data migration tools (SSIS/KingswaySoft, Power Platform Import Wizard, Microsoft Fabric, or console apps)Preferred Qualifications:2+ years working in an offshore support team environment.Experience in UI development with a focus on User Experience for intuitive, user-friendly design.Background in workflow orchestration, rules engines, and audit/compliance requirements.Knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, custom dashboards).Experience with Azure services (Functions, App Service, API Management).Power Platform or Azure certifications (PL-400, AZ-204, etc.)Ability to work effectively and dynamically in a team environment.
