The Role This is not a traditional programme management role. You will be the connective tissue between two co-founders in Dublin and a development team in India — keeping everything aligned, unblocked, and moving. You will run the operating rhythm of the company, own key marketing and commercial activities end-to-end, and be the person who makes things happen across every workstream. Think of it as chief of staff with real operational ownership. We are at an early, exciting stage. The person in this role will have direct access to both founders and genuine influence over how the company operates as it scales. What You Will Do Running the day-to-day Own the programme plan across product, marketing, sales, and grant deliverables — tasks assigned, tracked, and delivered on time Run the operating cadence: stand-ups, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs between Dublin and India Keep both founders informed with a single, accurate picture of where everything stands Solve blockers before escalating — you resolve first, escalate when genuinely needed Marketing and growth Coordinate the content and thought leadership calendar — LinkedIn, blog, original research Own end-to-end logistics for the Irish and UK events circuit: Security First Dublin, CISO Inspired Summit, Zero Day Con, Cyber Expo Ireland, and others Support outbound prospecting — target lists, outreach sequences, pipeline tracking Manage production of client-facing assets: one-pagers, decks, proposal documents Client and commercial Coordinate the Free 30-Day AI Discovery Audit programme — onboarding, check-ins, report delivery, conversion follow-up Be the operational point of contact for design partners during the audit phase Track feedback from early customers and surface insights for the founders What We Are Looking For Essential: 4–7 years in programme management, chief of staff, or a high-velocity operations role Proactive by default — you see what needs doing and do it without being asked Sharp communicator at every level, from engineers to CISOs Highly organised with strong attention to detail — nothing slips Energised by pace, ambiguity, and building from scratch Nice to have: Background in B2B SaaS, compliance, cybersecurity, or regtech Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks: AI Act, DORA, NIS2, GDPR Experience with events, trade shows, or B2B marketing campaigns What You Get A foundational role — one of the first hires, with real influence over how the company is built Direct access to both co-founders across every part of the business The chance to work on a problem that genuinely matters — AI governance and EU compliance are defining issues for European enterprise right now Fully Remote, high-trust and results-focused
