Job Title: Air Ticketing Associate (Amadeus Expert) Location: Okhla Delhi Experience: Minimum 2-4 years. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Executive located in Okhla Delhi. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for assisting customers with ticket reservations, processing ticket sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to meet organisational goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle international and domestic flight ticket bookings and reissues Manage fare calculations, refunds, cancellations, and amendments Working Experience with Amadeus GDS system for reservations and ticketing Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for ticketing requirements Assist the sales and operations teams with flight options and fare quotations Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and documentation Qualifications Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Basic understanding of sales principles and practices Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing within a travel agency or tour operator A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field is preferred If you have a passion for travel and strong expertise in airline ticketing, we’d love to hear from you.
