Location: Uday Park, South Ex, South Delhi  Experience: 1 - 3 PQE Role Overview:  We are seeking a highly specialized and ambitious Associate ( 1-3 years PQE) to join our team (General Corporate - Abhinav Goyal’s team). This role requires demonstrated expertise in corporate advisory in the technology sector.  Key Responsibilities 1. Specialized Corporate Advisory  ● Startup & Tech Focus: Lead the provision of specialized corporate advisory services focusing on startups, venture capital fund-raising and legal issues.  ● Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documentation, including investment agreements, term sheets, shareholder agreements, and specialized commercial contracts relevant to the technology sector.  ● Regulatory Intelligence: The candidate will be expected to be abreast with the latest legal and regulatory developments in technology, startups and their intersection with company and financial laws.  ● General Advisory: Provide day-to-day corporate and commercial law advice on company law, compliance and governance matters.  2. High-Level Dispute Management & Strategy  ● Dispute Strategy: Use litigation experience to provide strategic, risk-mitigating advice to corporate clients, focusing on pre-litigation strategy and commercial dispute resolution.  ● Limited Court Representation: Handle litigation matters (drafting and briefing) and represent clients before various courts and tribunals as required by strategic case developments.  Job Requirements  PQE:  1- 3 years of post-qualification experience with a strong background in corporate/commercial advisory, particularly in the startup/tech/VC space. Mindset: A demonstrable passion for reading and continuous legal learning is essential for keeping pace with technology and regulatory changes.  Traits: Commercially astute, proactive, self-managed solution-oriented and excellent in client communication. Dispute Acumen:  General understanding of litigation processes and dispute resolution strategies.  Location Preference: Candidates based in Delhi will be preferred.
