Job Description We are looking for a talented Legal/Technical Writer with a strong legal foundation and the ability to craft persuasive, research-driven content. In this role, you will analyze client evidence, conduct focused legal research, and create compelling memoranda and petition support materials especially for EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver cases. Key Responsibilities Craft persuasive, well‑structured legal arguments translating complex scientific and professional jargon into understandable and persuasive content. Work together with the attorney and paralegal as a team to develop a strategy for each case in order to evaluate, research, analyze and draft successful Petitions and Applications. Collaborate in scheduled check‑ins with team leads to discuss case status and progress. Produce polished, detailed Petition Support Letters (PSLs) that capture client expertise, achievements, and impact. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of professional technical or persuasive writing experience in English. Strong analytical ability to interpret complex legal, scientific, technical documents and craft clear strong arguments. Excellent research and information‑synthesis skills. Work Environment 100% remote — ideal for focused, independent workers.
