Need to relocate to one of the paradise islands in the Caribbean Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage all forms of glaucoma, including primary, secondary, and complex cases Perform comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and interpret advanced diagnostic tests (OCT, visual fields, gonioscopy) Provide medical, laser, and surgical treatment for glaucoma patients Perform glaucoma-related procedures and surgeries in accordance with best clinical practices Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans for patients Collaborate with other ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinical standards Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive eye care Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and case discussions Stay current with advancements in glaucoma management through continuing medical education Qualifications MD / MS / DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution Minimum of 1–3 years of post-specialization experience in glaucoma care No Need for a valid medical license (or eligibility for licensure in the Caribbean).
