Grow Your Staff is looking for a QuickBooks Bookkeeper for a US-based hospitality consulting firm. This is a full-time remote position.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in Utah, USA.Experience required: 2- 4 years Time: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am IST (Monday-Friday)CTC: INR 5- 6 LPALocation: RemoteType of employment: Full-timeResponsibilities:Review and validate financial data processed through automated systems and APIsEnsure accuracy and consistency of transactions within QuickBooksPerform periodic reconciliations and identify discrepanciesMonitor and audit automated workflows to ensure proper functioningCollaborate with internal teams to flag and resolve accounting issuesMaintain proper documentation and reporting standardsInvoice Processing and Vendor ManagementReviewing, coding, and entering invoices into the account system for paymentReconciling vendor statements and generating reportsResearching and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoicesReconciling credit card receipts and paymentsData Entry Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field2+ years of proven experience working with QuickBooksPrior experience supporting US-based clientsStrong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reportingAbility to review and audit automated accounting processesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in the hospitality industry is preferredFamiliarity with reconciliation and audit workflowsExposure to API-driven or automated accounting environments
