Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Mandatory Skills• • IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)• • Java• • Microservices• • Cloud Native (AWS)• • Sterling OMS Version 9.0 or higher• • XML, XSD, SOAP, REST Services• • Application Servers Websphere MQ / JBoss / Weblogic• • Sterling CDTResponsibilities• • Work on high-volume eCommerce applications and manage order management systems.• • Develop and enhance solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management Fulfillment Suite.• • Implement and upgrade IBM Sterling OMS (version 9.0 and above).• • Design and develop integrations using XML, XSD, SOAP, and REST services.• • Work with application servers such as Websphere MQ, JBoss, or Weblogic.• • Build scalable B2C retail and supply chain applications.• • Use Sterling Configuration Deployment Toolkit (CDT) and Global Inventory Visibility.• • Follow SDLC processes including design, development, testing, and deployment.• • Work in Agile/Waterfall environments and manage version control using SVN, CVS, or Git.• • Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.• • Ensure high availability and scalability of OMS systems.• • Provide support for order management system investigations and critical issues.Good to Have• • Experience in OMS upgrade to version 9.3 or higher• • Experience with Omnichannel implementations using IBM Sterling OMS• • Exposure to Cassandra• • Experience with caching technologiesEngagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
