Job Title

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.  ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with MIS and financial reports.Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations with timely filings.Handle tax assessments, audits, reconciliations, and compliance matters.Manage import and export accounting and documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bill of entry, and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.Handle foreign remittances, export incentives, and reconciliation of international transactions.Maintain internal financial controls and supervise accounting team operations.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Import & Export operations.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.Proven experience in import-export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, or similar systems.Good understanding of foreign exchange regulations and banking procedures related to exports and imports.Strong analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
