About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-obsessed Prompt Engineer to join our AI production team. You will work directly under the Art Director, executing image generation at high volume while maintaining strict character and style consistency across content. If you have spent hours obsessing over getting AI models to produce exactly the right shot, this role is built for you.What You'll DoExecute image generation in Nano Banana and other AI tools based on Art Director approved promptsGenerate multiple variations per shot and select the best for animationIterate rapidly on prompts to fix consistency, pose, expression and composition issuesMaintain an organised library of approved frames, character references and scene assetsFlag consistency issues early and propose prompt fixes proactivelyBatch generate overnight queues to maximise daily outputCollaborate closely with animation operators to ensure frames are Kling-readyWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience with AI image generation tools — Midjourney, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion or similarStrong attention to detail — you notice when a character's outfit changes between framesUnderstanding of anime art styles and composition principlesAbility to work fast and iterate without losing qualityOrganized and systematic, you can manage large volumes of assets efficientlyGood written communication for prompt crafting in EnglishBonus PointsExperience prompting specifically for anime or manhwa style contentKnowledge of character consistency techniques (LoRA, image referencing, style locking)Familiarity with vertical 9:16 content formatsPrior work on animated or illustrated content pipelines
