We are looking for a Senior Creative who can think sharply, write clearly, and help shape ideas from concept to execution.Role OverviewThe Senior Creative will play a key role in developing concepts, scripts, pitch ideas, campaign narratives, and creative communication for the company. This person should be strong in ideation, storytelling, presentation thinking, and creative problem-solving, with a solid understanding of production realities.This is not a purely desk-based “idea only” role. We are looking for someone who can create strong concepts that are actually executable within real-world production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts for ad films, branded content, digital campaigns, and filmsWrite and refine scripts, concept notes, pitch decks, AV treatments, and presentation materialWork closely with directors, producers, and strategy/business teams to shape creative responses to briefsTranslate client briefs into sharp, original, and production-friendly creative ideasContribute to campaign thinking, visual storytelling, narrative flow, and tonalityResearch cultural trends, references, formats, and storytelling styles relevant to each briefHelp build pitch material that is both creatively strong and presentation-readyCollaborate during pre-production to ensure creative intent is maintained through executionReview edits, cuts, and content outputs from a creative lens when requiredMaintain a high standard of writing, taste, and idea development across projectsRequirements3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, production house, content studio, or advertising environmentStrong writing and conceptual skillsAbility to create ideas across film, digital, branded, and short-format contentStrong command of English; Hindi is a plusGood understanding of film language, visual storytelling, and content cultureAbility to write presentations, scripts, and creative notes with clarity and impactPractical understanding of budgets, production realities, and execution constraintsStrong taste level and awareness of contemporary advertising, cinema, and digital contentAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple briefs at onceIdeal CandidateThinks like a creative and understands execution like a producerCan move between campaign ideas, film narratives, and branded content comfortablyHas strong visual and narrative instinctsIs proactive, sharp, and dependableCan bring original thought without becoming impracticalUnderstands both client-facing polish and internal creative rigorBonus SkillsExperience in deck building and pitch structuringFamiliarity with editing language, references, and shot designUnderstanding of ad film and branded content workflowsInterest in documentaries, culture, and cinematic storytellingWhat We’re Looking ForYou should be able to elevate a brief, sharpen a narrative, and contribute meaningfully to the creative voice of the company.
