Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Interface Designer located in New Delhi. The User Interface Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms. Daily tasks include designing mockups, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing designs for enhanced user experience (UX), and aligning visual design elements with brand guidelines. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation. Qualifications Expertise in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfacesExperience in creating Mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectivelyKnowledge of User Experience (UX) principles and the ability to design solutions that meet user needsUnderstanding of Front-End Development concepts to collaborate effectively with developersStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe XD, Figma, or SketchAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environmentEducational background in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredExperience working in the education or healthcare sector is a plus
