We work with manufacturers, software companies, and medical device companies to make sustainability and compliance a whole lot simpler.We’re looking for an ISO Program Manager who’s sharp, organized, and ready to hit the ground running with audits, documentation, gap analyses, and client support.What You’ll Be DoingLead ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 implementations projects from the ground up.Run gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparationsDeliver clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clientsGuide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systemsPartner with the Chief Consultant on strategy, timelines, and project executionWork across industries—from recycling to technology—and see your impact firsthandKeep projects organized, client-friendly, and audit-proofSupport clients during audits and with post-audit corrective actionsMaintain client compliance calendars to keep everything on trackWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar.ISO Lead Auditor credentials at least one (9001/27001/13485 latest editions). Strong understanding and experience in ISO/IEC 27001 and security and compliance frameworks. 5–10 years of hands-on ISO Implementation and compliance experienceBonus: knowledge of R2v3, RIOS, or e-StewardsExcellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications, presentations)Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projectsA self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern email toolsWhy You’ll Love It HereMake an impact: Take companies from zero to certifiedOwn your work: High autonomy with trust to run projectsNever bored: Every client and project brings something newGrow with us: Be part of a fast-growing consulting firm where your role can evolveReady to jump in?
