Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Retail RMS Consultant/Developer with 10+ years of expertise in Oracle Retail applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) solutions, ensuring seamless retail operations across merchandising, pricing, and inventory functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, and support of RMS applicationsDevelop and maintain programs using **PL/SQL, **Pro*C, and **Oracle FormsWork closely with business stakeholders to analyze and implement retail solutionsHandle end-to-end delivery including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deploymentSupport core retail processes such as item management, pricing, inventory, procurement, and costingPerform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and batch job monitoring in production environmentsLead production support activities and ensure SLA adherenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations and enhancementsPrepare technical design documents and support UAT and release managementRequired Skills10+ years of strong experience in Oracle Retail RMS (Mandatory)Expertise in PL/SQL, Pro*C, and Oracle FormsDeep understanding of retail merchandising processes (pricing, inventory, purchasing, costing)Hands-on experience in production support and enhancement projectsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExperience in stakeholder management and client interactionGood to HaveExperience with UNIX and batch processingExposure to other Oracle Retail modules (e.g., RESA, RPM)Experience in large-scale retail implementationsQualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldStrong communication and leadership skillsAdditional InformationExperience: 10+ yearsLocation: BangaloreNotice Period:15-30 days
