You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining knowledge graphs and data pipelines that generate actionable insights across domains, including Healthcare, Fintech, and Insurance.This is an individual contributor role best suited for someone who loves working close to data, enjoys solving complex modeling challenges, and has real-world experience with graph databases and ontologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Neo4j graph schemas — nodes, relationships, and properties — across multiple industry domainsBuild and maintain ontologies to define entities, hierarchies, and semantic relationships within the knowledge graphWrite, test, and optimize Cypher queries for data analysis, reporting, and API supportDevelop Python-based ETL/data pipelines to ingest, clean, and load data into the graph from multiple sourcesEnsure data quality, consistency, and performance of the graph at scaleCollaborate with NLP, backend, and product teams to integrate graph outputs into live systemsWork across domain-specific datasets in Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, and Consumer sectorsDocument graph models, ontologies, and query patterns clearly for cross-team useMust-Have Skills4–7 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or graph database developmentStrong working knowledge of Neo4j — including schema design, indexing, and performance tuningProficiency in writing and optimizing Cypher queries in a production environmentPractical experience designing ontologies and knowledge graphs for real-world datasetsStrong Python skills — ETL, data transformation, pipeline developmentAbility to model complex, multi-source datasets into clean and queryable graph structuresGood to HaveFamiliarity with other graph platforms such as Amazon Neptune, GraphDB, or ArangoDBExposure to semantic web standards — RDF, OWL, or SPARQLUnderstanding of NLP or entity extraction pipelines that feed into knowledge graphsBasic knowledge of REST APIs and backend systemsExperience working with cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, or Azure
