FINANCE ASSOCIATE – ACCOUNTS PAYABLEABOUT USVutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerVerify invoices against purchase orders and contractsManage payment cycles (NEFT/RTGS/cheque/online transfers)Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain and update accounts payable records and reportsEnsure compliance with company policies and financial regulationsCoordinate with internal departments for approvals and clarificationsHandle TDS, GST (if applicable), and other statutory deductionsAssist in month-end and year-end closing activitiesSupport audits by providing necessary documentationKEY REQUIREMENT·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting ( preferred)·        1–5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role·        Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes·        Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy·        Good communication and problem-solving skills·        Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWHY JOIN US?
