Position: Cathlab Application Specialist – Level 2Qualification: BSc / MSc Technologist (Cathlab), Intervention RadiographerExperience: Working Experience in Hospital or MedTech company as Cathlab Application Specialist.Required Experience: 4–8 years (preferred)Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, ChennaiRoles & Responsibilities:Perform new equipment training and train users on Cathlab and C-Arm equipments.Handle Cathlab application support independently, Handle Image Quality and advanced applications and expectations of the customer and ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate closely with service & sales teams. Support implementations, validations, and go‑lives for application modules.Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuative education, thereby optimize customer training experience.Increase efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and support as well as on-site selling of Educate and Expand offerings.Language required: English Language for International TrainingOpen to Travel 70% – Role requirement
