Position: Accounts Executive / Junior AccountantExperience Minimum: 1-2 Years OnlyLocation: Indiranagar, Bengaluru, KarnatakaJob Type: Full-Time | On-SiteSalary: 2.4 LPA to 3 LPA (This role is aligned with entry-level compensation)Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 4+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in Tally Prime /Google sheets.• Prepare GST working and assist auditors/CA Team during GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).• Handle TDS computation, deduction, deposit, and support filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q).• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and vendor/client account management.• Assist the team with invoice clarifications and supporting documentation.• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.• Coordinate with auditors and CA Team during statutory audits.• Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documents in organizing structure• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:• / or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience• Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)• Strong working knowledge of GST laws, filing, and reconciliation• Hands-on experience with TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and Indian tax regulations• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools• Knowledge of Receipts, Payments, Sales, Purchases, and Expenses• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Preferred (Good to Have)• Experience working with a CA firm or under a Chartered Accountant• Knowledge of Income Tax return filing (ITR)• Familiarity with payroll processing and PF/ESI compliance• Inter CA / CA Article ship experience is a plus
