The role involves close collaboration with the founders to drive high-priority projects, strategic planning initiatives, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include market research, project management, data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring seamless execution of cross-functional projects. The role requires a proactive approach, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.You will work directly with the Founders on critical action items to scale the Company.QualificationsAbility to 'get things done'. Sometimes you may feel, you are the 'Chief Follow up Officer'. At other times, 'Chief Data Officer'.Extreme attention to detail (You must be able to spot mistakes where others may not)Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this is a non negotiable)Strong research and analytical skills, including market analysis and data interpretationProject management and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results efficientlyHigh problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and solutions-driven mindsetProficiency/Interest/Exposure to AI based Automation/Agentic AI is a strong plusAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProactive and self-motivated with a positive attitudeBachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration or related fieldFamiliarity with the food and nutraceutical industry is a bonusAbility to work collaboratively across teams and support cross-functional projectsPrevious experience in a strategic or operations-focused role is preferredPrior experience of working in a fast paced business environment or a Startup is essential. Entrepreneurial experience is a plus. ex-Entrepreneurs or the First 10 Members of a Startup are highly valued and strongly encouraged to apply.If you are looking to do an International MBA or do your own startup in 2-3 years, this role will be ideal role to get your hands dirty and acquire essential skills and nuance to do those.If you are a fresh MBA graduate with some experience under your belt, this role will teach you as much about business in 2-3 years as you would in 10 years in a typical large company. Prior candidates from similar roles @ Arboreal have progressed to Top Tier International & National MBAs @ IIM Bangalore and Babson College (Boston).People with even 2-3 years of experience can apply. A top tier MBA is a plus not required.This is an operator role. You will be very hands on. And for someone who enjoys ninja style execution. This is a generalist role but we will prefer someone who has a deeper strength in atleast 1 of the following functional areas:- Design- Marketing- Brand Building- Team Building- Supply Chain Operations- Sales Growth on Q Commerce- B2B Sales- Business Operations- CRM Implementation + ManagementThis role is based in Lucknow.What we offer:1) Competitive Compensation.
