Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital is looking to hire a new Ayurveda doctor/Vaidya for its main branch located in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. This is a wonderful opportunity for potential candidates to work in a global Ayurveda brand that is reputed internationally.We require an Ayurveda doctor with an M.D. in Panchakarma to take care of our Indian and international IPD patients.JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProviding an excellent standard of practice and care is essential.Essential elements of this role are professional competence, good relations with patients, respect for the patient’s autonomy, good relations with colleagues, and observance of professional ethical obligations.Exceptional clinical care:An adequate and correct assessment of the patient’s condition, based on history and physical examination.Provide for appropriate investigations.Provide for appropriate treatment and Panchakarma planning.Consulting and discussing with the team wherever needed.Basic Requirements:Be willing to consult team members, when required.Be competent when making a diagnosis or providing treatment.Keep clear, accurate medical records that report the relevant clinical findings, the decisions made, and any drugs or treatments given.Prescribe only the medicines, treatments, and appliances that will serve the patient’s needs.Abide by the hospital rules, protocols, and standard practice.Maintaining Excellent Medical Practice.Must keep knowledge and skills up-to-date throughout.Will be reporting directly to the Medical Superintendent.Trainings:Conduct regular training sessions of Panchakarma with medical staff.Ensuring all standards and parameters are met in the Panchakarma department.For IPD Patients:Dealing with and taking care of all international/NRI/CGHS/guest & insurance patients.Regular and on-time consultations for them.Meeting daily with the patients and describing to them the next day's treatments and benefits.Conducting rounds in the Panchkarma theater or other medical theaters while treating patients.EXPERIENCE: 3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE.EXPECTED CTC: Rs. 70,000 per month.
