The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability of network services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 support for network- & security related incidents and service requestsMonitor network performance using tools like Zabbix, SolarWinds, or NagiosTroubleshoot issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Routing/SwitchingPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measuresConfigure and maintain routers, switches, and firewallsHandle incident management, escalation, and resolution within SLA timelinesWork closely with L1 and L3 teams for issue resolutionMaintain network documentation and update configurationsEnsure compliance with security policies and best practicesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of Networking fundamentals (OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking devicesKnowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN)Familiarity with firewall technologies (Fortinet,-must Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)Experience with network monitoring and logging toolsBasic understanding of network security and access controlAWS Cloud security & Azure Cloud securityGood analytical and troubleshooting skillsPreferred QualificationsCertifications like CCNA / CCNP / JNCIAExperience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)Exposure to SIEM tools or cybersecurity practicesSoft SkillsStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work in 24x7 shift environments (if applicable)Problem-solving mindset with attention to detailWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale network environmentsExposure to advanced security and cloud technologiesCollaborative and growth-oriented work culture
