Explore more at DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Jr. Designer (Sales & Architect Outreach) role, based in Delhi, India. The role involves providing design consultation, showcasing products to clients, assisting with kitchen and bath design plans, and supporting sales efforts. The Jr. Designer will also collaborate with architects, maintain customer relationships, and align creative concepts with client needs and brand values.Connect and build relationships with architects, interior designers (IDs), and design firms to generate business opportunities.• Actively reach out, pitch, and present Bentchair products to architects and clients for project-based sales.• Drive lead generation through architect and designer networks and ensure continuous pipeline development.• Take ownership of end-to-end sales conversion, from initial interaction to final closure.• Understand client requirements and provide design-oriented solutions aligned with Bentchair’s product offerings.• Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and design concepts for client pitches.• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to ensure strong relationship management and deal closure.• Maintain regular updates of client interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM.• Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion ratios on a monthly basis.
