This is an operations-heavy generalist role suited for someone who has worked at a human data or RLHF company and understands how data pipelines, annotator workflows and quality processes run from the inside.You will work directly with the founders on project execution, operations and coordination across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving early-stage environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of RLHF and human data projects, including workflow scoping, annotator coordination and quality assuranceManage day-to-day project operations - tracking progress, flagging blockers, and keeping workstreams on scheduleCoordinate across internal teams, external partners and data contributorsMaintain internal documentation, trackers and operational processesConduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions as neededRequirementsMust HavePrior operational experience at a human data, RLHF or AI training company (e.g. Turing, Handshake, Invisible, Centific, Mercor, Micro1, Perle, Deccan AI, or similar)Understanding of how human feedback and data annotation pipelines work in practiceAbility to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyClear written communication and comfort with async, remote workNice to HaveExposure to AI evaluation, AI safety, or reinforcement learning conceptsExperience with project coordination tools like Notion and SlackBackground in business analysis, operations, or strategic projectsBenefits
