Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Kidswear Designer located in New Delhi. The Kidswear Designer will develop creative and marketable designs for children’s clothing, incorporating a deep understanding of textiles, trends, and production techniques. Responsibilities include creating designs for kidswear collections, selecting fabrics and color palettes, designing embroidery and other embellishments, and ensuring garments align with fitting standards. Collaboration with the in-house design team and other stakeholders is required to ensure designs are both on-brand and production-ready.QualificationsProficiency in Fashion Design and knowledge of current trends in KidswearFamiliarity with Textiles and Fabric SelectionCreative skills in Embroidery and embellishment techniquesUnderstanding of Fitting and garment construction standardsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related fieldProficient in Procreate, Photoshop and IllustratorWork experience 4 to 6 years.
