Max salary - 5 LPAJob Title: IT Service Delivery Management TraineeExperience: 3–4 yearsKey Responsibilities:Manage daily IT service desk operations and handle service tickets.Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA timelines.Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and escalations.Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.Communicate with users and stakeholders on ticket updates and service status.Follow ITIL processes and service delivery best practices.Required Skills:3–4 years of experience in IT Service Desk / IT Support.Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (O365).Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).Experience with servers and storage environments.Core knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking fundamentals.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
