Position Overview: The Product Owner – Solution & Competitive Intelligence will act as the complete solution expert for Keus, with deep end-to-end understanding of Keus products, platforms, integrations, and use cases. This role is responsible for owning product knowledge, tracking industry and technology trends, monitoring competitive movements, and enabling the sales team with strong competitive positioning and objection-handling support. The ideal candidate will have strong product thinking, market awareness, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions. Key Responsibilities: Product & Solution Ownership: • Develop and maintain deep expertise across Keus’ complete solution stack including hardware, software, integrations, user experience, and deployment models. • Act as the internal authority on how Keus solutions work end-to-end across residential, commercial, and luxury use cases. • Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to stay aligned with current and upcoming features, enhancements, and roadmaps. • Ensure all customer-facing teams have accurate, up-to-date product documentation and solution narratives. Competitive Intelligence & Market Awareness: • Track competitors’ products, features, positioning, pricing, strengths, and weaknesses across different markets. • Build and maintain detailed competitor comparison frameworks highlighting Keus differentiation. • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, standards, and innovations in smart home automation and architectural lighting. • Analyse how different markets and customer segments perceive competitors and adapt positioning accordingly. Sales Enablement & Objection Handling: • Act as the go-to expert for the sales team on competitive objections, product comparisons, and technical queries.• Support sales teams during critical customer discussions, demos, and high-value opportunities as a solution and competition expert. • Develop sales enablement assets such as battle cards, comparison decks, FAQs, and objection-handling guides. • Train sales, presales, and customer-facing teams on product updates, competitive positioning, and value articulation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure consistent product messaging. • Work with marketing teams to influence product positioning, launch narratives, and market communication. • Partner with leadership to provide market and competitor insights that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions. • Engage with architects, designers, and channel partners to understand evolving customer needs and expectations. Cross Functional Technology/Tools Adoption: • Identify new tools, platforms, and technologies that can benefit different functions. • Evaluate impact, feasibility, and business value of new initiatives. • Drive cross-functional pilots, rollouts, and adoption of selected tools and technologies. • Ensure change management, training, and sustained adoption across teams Continuous Improvement & Innovation: • Identify gaps in current solutions based on competitor benchmarking and customer feedback. • Recommend new features, enhancements, or integrations based on market trends and competitive analysis. • Stay up to date with global smart home, IoT, automation, and design-led technologyadvancements.
