You will own the brand partnership pipeline end-to-end – from identifying and pitching consumer brands to negotiating commercial terms and driving activation – ensuring SaveIN becomes the preferred BNPL payment option at checkout across categories that matter to India’s aspirational consumers.Employment Type: Full Time / Work from OfficeExperience Required: 1-3 yearsReporting To: CGO (Co-Founder)Key Responsibilities: Brand Acquisition & Onboarding• Build and manage a pipeline of target consumer brands across verticals such as refurbished electronics, home & furniture, travel, edtech, personal care, fashion, and fitness.• Lead end-to-end brand outreach – from intro meetings through pitch, negotiation, deal closure, and formal onboarding onto the SaveIN BNPL platform.• Achieve monthly/quarterly brand onboarding and activation targets.Commercial Negotiation & Deal Structuring• Negotiate commercial terms including MDR, subvention/no-cost EMI models, settlement cycles, and co-marketing commitments.• Structure sustainable, win-win deals that balance brand incentives, lending partner economics, and SaveIN’s unit economics.Relationship Management & Activation• Own the post-onboarding experience: ensure brands are activated, trained, and actively promoting SaveIN BNPL at their points of sale (online and offline).• Drive repeat engagement, upsell into deeper integrations, and prevent partner churn through strong stakeholder relationships.• Own and report on KPIs: brands onboarded, activation rate, GMV per brand, disbursement volume, conversion rates, and partner NPS.• Track the competitive BNPL landscape and identify whitespace opportunities for SaveIN.
