With years of experience and a mission to empower modern farmers, we aim to create a sustainable farming future through quality, commitment, and collaboration.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Agronomist based in Palanpur. The Agronomist will be responsible for managing hydroponic projects, conducting research on crops and farming methods, assessing soil and plant health, and implementing efficient irrigation systems. They will develop crop-specific nutrition plans, provide technical guidance to clients, and ensure optimal yields through sustainable practices.QualificationsKnowledge and experience in Soil Science and understanding soil health management.Expertise in Agriculture practices and contemporary hydroponic techniques.Skills in designing and managing efficient Irrigation systems.Proficiency in Research and data analysis related to farming methods and crops.Strong understanding of Plant Nutrition and developing crop-specific nutrient solutions.Bachelor's or master's degree in agronomy, agriculture, or a related field.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients in a field setting.Experience in Soil based Protected cultivation - Cucumber,Capsicum etc
