Primary ObjectiveThe Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing used tractors and unsold tractor inventory from various industry participants and onboarding them onto the Tractor Auction online auction platform. The role requires field visits, relationship building, inventory sourcing, and seller/buyer coordination.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Tractor Inventory SourcingIdentify and acquire unsold or used tractor inventory for listing on the auction platform.Target Sources:Tractor dealershipsUsed tractor dealersTractor brokersTractor mechanics and repair workshopsFarmers with resale tractorsTractor fleet operatorsOEM regional/state retail managersBank/NBFC recovery & collection teamsTractor finance companiesAsset repossession agentsTasks:Conduct daily field visits to potential partners.Identify unsold stock / repossessed tractors / used tractors.Collect tractor details, images, condition reports, ownership documents.Upload tractor inventory to the auction portal.Maintain database of potential sellers.B. Dealer & Industry Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with industry stakeholders.Stakeholders include:Tractor dealersUsed tractor tradersBrokersMechanicsOEM state retail headsBank/NBFC asset recovery teamsResponsibilities:Maintain regular visits and follow-ups.Educate partners about benefits of the auction platform model.Ensure continuous inventory flow to the portal.Negotiate listing terms with sellers.C. Seller Onboarding & SupportRegister sellers on the auction portal.Collect required documentation:RC copyOwner ID proofTractor detailsLocationPhotosAssist sellers in price expectations and reserve pricing.Ensure accurate listing information.D. Buyer Relationship ManagementAssist buyers during auctions.Resolve buyer queries regarding:Tractor conditionLocationDocumentsAuction rulesFacilitate communication between buyers and sellers.Support transaction completion.E. Issue ResolutionHandle operational issues including:Buyer complaintsSeller disputesDocument mismatchesAuction participation issuesDelivery coordination issuesEnsure smooth deal closure.F. Auction Operations SupportCoordinate with internal team to ensure tractors are properly listed before auction.Ensure photos and details meet platform standards.Monitor auctions involving sourced inventory.Coordinate post-auction seller-buyer communication.G.
