(Sound knowledge working with Concur, Appzen preferred)Process global corporate card applications, Monitor delinquencies, terminations etc.Maintain documentation of tasks.Develop subject matter expertise on the line of business applications and operations to resolve operational requests effectivelyProvide data and analytics to the team for measuring performance metricsSME for T&E including support issue resolutionCollaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issuesHandle customer requests within the prescribed SLA.Work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIsEnsure optimal internal customer satisfactionExercises independent judgment and multi-task oriented while executing tasks.All other tasks/responsibilities as required for the jobBasic qualifications & preferred skills:Experience in Operational Excellence, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk etc.Good hands on experience on MS-Excel
