More details as below.Experience: 10+ yearsWork Location: India (Remote) Contract Period: 6 months, extendable - Potential for Permanent ConversionShift : Australia Shift - 5 am to 2 pm ISTAllocation :Mid-April to July: 20 hours per weekAugust to October: 40 hours per weekRequirement :8+ years of experience supporting SAP ECC Payroll and/or S/4HANA HR Payroll.Hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.Strong functional knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.Proven experience troubleshooting payroll issues related to taxation (PAYG), superannuation, allowances, leave, and other statutory deductions.Proficiency in payroll configuration, including wage types, pay structures, schemas, and PCRs.Experience supporting payroll-related integrations (e.g., time and attendance systems, banking interfaces, superannuation vendors, and third-party systems).Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll cycles, parallel payroll runs, data validation, and compliance processes.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to support stakeholders and resolve payroll issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities : Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central (EC).Troubleshoot payroll issues related to PAYG taxation, superannuation, allowances, leave, and statutory deductions.Support payroll configuration, including pay components, wage types, PCRs, and schemas.Monitor payroll cycles and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.Perform payroll validations, reconciliation, and issue resolution.Support integrations with SAP CPI, time & attendance systems, banking interfaces, and superannuation vendors.Document issues, fixes, and system changes clearly.Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
