Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new corporate partners through aggressive B2B sales strategies and cold outreach to expand the Workplace Giving (WPG) portfolio.Pitch directly to CHROs, CSR Heads, and C-suite executives to integrate WWF’s conservation mission into their employee engagement programs.Achieve monthly and quarterly sign-up targets by converting high-potential corporate leads into long-term financial contributors.Manage the entire business development process, from initial lead generation and professional pitching to contract negotiation and closing.Build and leverage a strong professional network within the corporate sector to secure meetings and presentation opportunities with key decision-makers.Act as a high-impact brand ambassador for WWF India, effectively communicating the urgency of conservation to a corporate audience.Transition newly acquired clients to the account management team while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for their employees.Track industry trends in CSR and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) to tailor pitches that resonate with current corporate priorities.Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline and provide regular updates on lead conversion rates and acquisition progress.
