Our global team of 500+ professionals spans 40+ countries worldwide, offering expert counselling, admissions support, visa guidance, and university partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Provide clear guidance to students regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and immigration procedures.Assist students in preparing required documents including financial statements, affidavits, SOPs, and sponsorship documents.Verify and scrutinize all documents related to academic history, finances, and identity.Ensure applications meet Genuine Student (GS) requirements for Australia and visa criteria for New Zealand.Lodge visa applications through ImmiAccount (Australia) and Immigration Online (New Zealand) portals.Track application status and manage requests for additional documents from immigration authorities.Coordinate medicals, biometrics, and other compliance requirements.Assess and manage complex cases including gap students, profile risk cases, and visa refusals.Provide guidance for reapplications and strengthening of visa documentation where required.About the Candidate:Graduate/ Post Graduate in any disciplineExperience: 4–8 years in student visa processing for Australia and/or New Zealand within the overseas education industry.Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand student visa regulations.Hands-on experience with ImmiAccount and Immigration Online systems.Strong documentation review and compliance skills.Excellent communication and student handling ability.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of visa regulations, excellent documentation skills, and experience managing complex visa cases within the overseas education industry.
