Cross-Functional ExecutionWork across operations, supply, growth, marketing, and productDrive projects end-to-end with minimal supervisionEnsure alignment and execution across teams2. Supply & OperationsManage and improve doctor/nurse onboarding and utilizationBuild and track systems for payouts, availability, and performanceSolve day-to-day operational bottlenecks3. GTM & Growth ExecutionWork on go-to-market initiatives across servicesImprove funnels (especially WhatsApp, booking flows, conversion)Execute experiments and iterate based on results4. Process & SystemsBuild and optimize workflows, SOPs, and dashboardsIdentify inefficiencies and fix them proactivelyBring structure to fast-moving, unstructured problems5.
