The candidate will help drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth store functioning.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operationsSupervise store staff and ensure smooth team coordinationMonitor sales performance and help achieve store targetsMaintain inventory, stock levels, and product displaysEnsure excellent customer service and resolve customer concernsMaintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and company standardsPrepare daily sales reports and assist with store documentationRequirements:Graduate in any discipline1–3 years of experience in retail or store operationsGood leadership and team management skillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systemsStrong communication and customer handling skills
