Backed by nearly 300 professionals across Kolkata and Mumbai, Ashika is known for its research-driven approach and strong client focus across diverse financial needs.Role Brief: We are looking for a Credit Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis and credit evaluation. The role involves assessing company financials, preparing detailed credit memos, and supporting debt-related transactions through structured analysis and documentation.Role Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis of companies, including financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and business model evaluationManage and evaluate credit fund investment Prepare detailed credit notes, investment memorandums, teasers, pitch decks, and other transaction-related documentsDevelop and review financial models to assess funding requirements and repayment capacityEvaluate proposals through analysis of financial statements, CMA data, and supplementary informationPerform fundamental and industry analysis, including peer comparison and intrinsic value assessmentCoordinate due diligence processes and support end-to-end deal executionLiaise with stakeholders including lenders, financial institutions, rating agencies, and internal teamsAssist in structuring debt transactions, refinancing, restructuring, and one-time settlementsSupport pre- and post-disbursement compliance and documentation processes Role Requirements: 3–4 years of relevant experience in credit fund management (must), equity research, or financial advisoryStrong expertise in financial statement analysis and financial modelingAbility to draft clear and structured credit memos and analytical reportsStrong analytical thinking with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
