Digital & Performance MarketingDesign static creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channelsCreate engaging website banners, landing page visuals, and emailersDevelop social media creatives aligned with brand campaignsAdapt campaign creatives across multiple formats and sizesSupport with video editing (Reels, ad cuts, motion graphics) – optional but preferred2. Retail & Offline AssetsDesign in-store branding elements (standees, posters, window vinyls, signage, danglers)Work on VM-related creatives and store launch materialsCreate event branding and offline activation collateralsEnsure consistency of brand identity across physical spaces3. Packaging & PrintDesign and iterate on packaging (boxes, tags, labels, inserts)Coordinate with vendors on print-ready files and specificationsUnderstand materials, print finishes, and production constraints4. Brand ConsistencyMaintain visual consistency across all channelsContribute to evolving and strengthening brand identityEnsure all assets meet brand guidelines and quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in D2C / retail / fashion / consumer brands)Strong portfolio showcasing:Paid ad creativesRetail/offline assetsPackaging designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and compositionExperience preparing print-ready filesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong execution skillsBonus Points If You:Have worked with fashion or lifestyle brandsUnderstand performance marketing and conversion-focused creativesHave experience in retail-first brandsCan think conceptually, not just execute
