We strive to become a global leader in research-driven insights across industries while fostering technological innovation in collaboration with renowned media brands.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Manager based in India to work directly with the company’s Fractional CFO, based in New York and former investment banking Managing Director, and offers exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, and building a finance function in a growing global firm.This role combines finance operations, financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing core finance processes while also helping leadership analyze business performance and plan for growth.This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to grow into broader ownership of the company’s finance operations over time.QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountants only with 4-8 years of experience in leading consulting firms/corporate FP&AProficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processesExperience with financial reporting, performance analysis, and scenario modelingStrong skills in data analytics, including interpreting large financial datasetsKnowledge of finance operations, compliance, and strategic planningProficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence softwareExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setup with a strong sense of accountabilityExperience with global financial operations and cross-functional collaboration is a plusExceptional communication and presentation skills
