Company: Meenaar Global Consultants LLPProject: Bina Refinery Project (IEPL Scope – QA/QC Civil)Location: Bina, Madhya PradeshIndustry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / InfrastructureExperience Required: 5–8 YearsSalary: Rs 55,000 – Rs 60,000 (Inclusive of Boarding & Lodging)Travel & Accommodation: Included in CTC (as per project terms)About the OpportunityMeenaar Global Consultants LLP is inviting applications from experienced and competent QA/QC Civil Engineers for the Bina Refinery Project.This role is focused on quality assurance, quality control, testing, and supervision of civil foundation works for static and rotary equipment. Candidates with prior experience in COG sites / refinery / oil & gas projects will be given strong preference.The position involves handling QA/QC activities, testing requirements, and leading quality teams in line with the detailed scope defined by IEPL.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a QA/QC Civil Engineer, you will:• Supervise and ensure quality of civil foundation works for static and rotary equipment.• Monitor and conduct testing of civil foundations as per project specifications and standards.• Establish and manage site testing laboratory under guidance.• Ensure execution is in line with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.• Lead and manage a team of QA/QC personnel at site.• Conduct inspections to verify material quality and workmanship.• Ensure compliance with testing standards and documentation requirements.• Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and test results.• Coordinate with client, contractors, and internal teams for inspections and approvals.• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory regulations.• Implement corrective actions for any quality deviations.Who We’re Looking For• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)• 5–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Infrastructure projects• Mandatory experience in COG sites / similar industrial projects• Strong knowledge of foundation works for static & rotary equipment• Hands-on experience in civil testing procedures & QA/QC practices• Experience in setting up or managing site testing labs preferred• Proven ability to lead QA/QC teams at site• Good communication and coordination skills• Ability to work in a site-based project environmentWhy Join Us?• Opportunity to work on a major refinery project• Competitive salary with accommodation benefits• Exposure to high-value industrial construction projects• Leadership role in QA/QC domain
