Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with a solid foundation in statistical modeling and scalable ML systems.Roles and Responsibilities:Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights.Design, develop, and optimize ML/AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.Build and implement LLM-based solutions using RAG frameworks.Develop scalable GenAI applications for real-world business use cases.Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.Design and build robust data pipelines and perform data wrangling using Python, R, or SQL.Deploy and maintain ML/AI and LLM models in production environments.Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.Communicate insights using data visualization and storytelling techniques.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.Must Have Skills:8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI projects.Strong expertise in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.Strong experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and implementation.Experience in prompt engineering.Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining.Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML/AI deployments.Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good to Have:Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, and Time Series Analysis.Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML and LLM deployment.Experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.Certifications or strong project portfolio in Data Science / AI / GenAI.Qualification:Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
