We believe in showing up, solving problems, and driving outcomes with clarity and conviction.Role OverviewThe MEP Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across workplace projects. This role demands a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-driven leader who ensures seamless integration of MEP services with design and construction.You will drive planning, coordination, and on-site execution of all MEP activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You are a hands-on professional who understands technical complexities, site realities, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that all MEP systems are delivered with precision and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesMEP Project Execution & Delivery• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works across multiple projects.• Ensure all MEP installations align with design intent, specifications, and quality standards.• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities in line with project schedules.• Coordinate closely with civil, interiors, and design teams for seamless integration.• Identify risks and proactively resolve site-level challenges.Planning, Scheduling & Coordination• Develop detailed MEP execution plans and timelines aligned with overall project schedules.• Review and validate MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications.• Ensure proper sequencing of MEP works with other trades to avoid conflicts.• Track progress and ensure adherence to milestones using project management tools.• Forecast manpower, materials, and equipment requirements in advance.Vendor & Contractor Management• Manage MEP contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.• Monitor vendor performance, installation quality, and adherence to safety standards.• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.• Conduct regular site reviews with vendors and drive accountability.Quality Control & Compliance• Ensure all MEP systems comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.• Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of execution.• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.• Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and manuals are maintained.Stakeholder & Client Management• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, and internal teams for smooth execution.• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.• Participate in project review meetings and drive resolution of issues.• Ensure alignment across all stakeholders to maintain project momentum.Change Management & Documentation• Manage changes in MEP scope, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.• Evaluate impact of design changes on cost, timelines, and execution.• Maintain updated drawings, BOQs, and execution records.• Ensure clear communication of changes to all stakeholders.Who You Are• A hands-on execution leader with strong technical expertise in MEP systems.• A planner who brings structure, sequencing, and foresight to site execution.• A problem solver who resolves issues proactively on-site.• A strong coordinator who can align multiple stakeholders effectively.• A detail-oriented professional who ensures quality and compliance.• A doer who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.Qualifications & Experience• 6–10 years of experience in MEP project execution within commercial interiors or construction.• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.• Experience in workplace/commercial interior projects is preferred.• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Zoho, or similar).• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Why ZyetaAt Zyeta, execution is everything.
