Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Modeler specializing in Electrical systems. The BIM Modeler_Electrical will be responsible for creating and maintaining electrical models, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy, and producing high-quality construction drawings. The role also involves coordinating with project stakeholders for seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and workflowsStrong background in Electrical Modeling within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industryExperience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsAbility to produce accurate and detailed Construction DrawingsExcellent collaboration and communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teamsUnderstanding and application of industry codes and standardsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Relevant certifications in BIM or MEP design are a plusTime-management and problem-solving skills to meet project deadlines in a remote work environment
