Regulated by SEBI, our passionate team of professionals brings deepexpertise in financial markets, equity research, and technology.Position Overview: The Head of Retail Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for setting thestrategic direction and overseeing the performance of the Retail Sales division. This position leads a team of Retail Sales in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions to Retail Investors and high-net-worth clients. The role focuses on driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, enhancing advisory capabilities, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and fiduciary standards. The Head of Retail Sales collaborates closely with executive leadership to align wealth management strategies with the organization’s overall objectives while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and client-centric service. This leader is accountable for revenue generation, driving the sales team, portfolio oversight, risk management, and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice across the advisory function.Key Responsibilities:1.Develop and implement the overall wealth advisory strategy aligned with organizational goals.2.Drive business growth, revenue targets, and market expansion initiatives.3.Identify new client segments and strategic partnership opportunities.4.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Retail Sales of 100+ (Sales Wealth Advisor/TL/Centre Heads)5.Set performance objectives and monitor key performance indicators.6.Drive new client acquisition and assets under management growth.7.Promote a high-performance, client-centric culture.8.Oversee relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and Retail Sales clients.9.Ensure delivery of comprehensive wealth solutions, including investment management, financialplanning, estate planning, retirement planning, and tax optimization.10.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Qualifications:Education: Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 12-17 years of experience in Wealth/Equity Market, with atleast 10- 12 years in a leadership role.
