Manager – Design & Engineering Job Location: GurugramManager / Senior Manager – Design & Engineering for Fertilizer Plant Projects.We are looking for experienced Design & Engineering professionals for a large-scale fertilizer industry project. The role involves design engineering, drawing review, and coordination with licensors and EPC contractors for fertilizer plant projectsExperience Requirement• 10–20 years of experience in Design Engineering and Drawing Review• Experience in Fertilizer Plants (Ammonia / Urea / Complex Fertilizer)• Exposure to Licensor packages and EPC documentationKey Responsibilities• Lead and manage design engineering activities for fertilizer plant projects• Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications• Ensure compliance with licensor requirements and EPC standards• Coordinate with EPC contractors, licensors, consultants, and vendors• Provide technical guidance for equipment selection (rotating & static equipment)• Review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and engineering deliverables• Support project execution, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting• Ensure compliance with international engineering codes and safety standards• Lead and mentor engineering teams
