Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to drive the architecture, design, and execution of key projects within the LYKSTAGE platform. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with business stakeholders.The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding the engineering team in delivering scalable, high-performance systems while ensuring robust design practices through detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical ownership of major platform initiatives in LYKSTAGE.Work closely with engineering teams to create clear and detailed HLD and LLD documents.Drive architectural decisions for building scalable and distributed backend systems.Perform hands-on development and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical execution plans.Mentor engineers, guide best practices, and ensure smooth project delivery.Help plan project milestones, execution strategy, and delivery timelines.Ensure systems are designed for high availability, performance, and scalability.Required Technical SkillsStrong expertise in Golang with proven backend development experience.Solid understanding of Distributed Systems concepts including:Microservices architectureEvent-driven systemsFault toleranceScalability patternsExperience building and operating systems at large scale.Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms with excellent problem-solving ability.Experience working with Vector Databases and retrieval-based systems (e.g., recommendation/search use cases).Familiarity with modern backend infrastructure, including:Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Databases (SQL/NoSQL)Caching systems (Redis, Memcached)Messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Preferred QualificationsExperience with recommendation engines, search ranking, or AI-driven personalization systems.Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.Experience Requirements5+ years of backend engineering experience with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.Proven track record of delivering complex systems in production environments.Experience leading projects involving distributed services and scalable architectures.What We ExpectOwnership mindset and ability to lead by example.Strong execution focus with attention to design quality.Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership and planning.Passion for building reliable, scalable systems that power user-facing platforms.How to Apply:Please email your resume along with your details to
