Backed by over 60 years of jewellery design and craftsmanship, we’re creating bold, modern designs that are redefining the future of fine jewellery.Role OverviewThe Merchandiser will be responsible for end-to-end execution of jewellery merchandising activities—ensuring smooth coordination between design, production, and supply chain teams. This role plays a critical part in translating creative concepts into high-quality finished products, delivered on time and within cost.You will manage multiple styles and timelines simultaneously, maintain high quality standards, and ensure seamless execution from sampling through final dispatch.Key Responsibilities:Merchandising & Order ExecutionHandle complete order lifecycle from sampling to final shipmentEnsure production is aligned with approved samples, CADs, specifications, and costingManage multiple designs, SKUs, and timelines with strong attention to detailCross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate closely with sales, planning, CAD, production, QC, and dispatch teamsTrack production schedules and follow up rigorously to ensure on-time deliveryProactively identify and resolve production, quality, or design-related issuesQuality, Cost & Process ControlEnsure consistent quality across materials, settings, and finishesSupport cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or design intentMaintain accurate records of orders, revisions, approvals, and client communicationsSamples, Clients & Market InputsManage sample development and client approvals efficientlyShare market and trend insights with design and sales teams to support new product developmentStay updated on jewellery trends, diamond cuts, settings, metal finishes, and consumer preferencesDesired Skills & Qualifications6–10 years of experience in diamond manufacturing or the jewellery industryStrong understanding of jewellery manufacturing and merchandising processesExcellent coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skillsGood client-handling and communication abilityStrong planning, problem-solving, and execution mindsetProficiency in MS Excel and ERP systemsAbility to work under tight timelines and dynamic prioritiesGraduate or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or a related fieldGIA / IGI certification preferred
